When i saw a different light of my mother

Always I thought I was strong but I realized that I wasn’t as strong as I thought I was afterall, at certain times, I have my weak moments too, and in my moments of weakness, I break down awfully.

in those moments, I shut my mind my brains and I switched off. Unknowingly.
Just like today, with a lost mind, then when I turned beside, my mother was there.

Pulling me like a leash tied to my neck guiding me, directing me.
That’s when it dawn to me, my mother can be strong at times too.

The red dates soup for me..

when i was popping a little more pimples these dayz, Darling AK boiled the red dates.../liang soup for me for 2 days.

if i get to drink it maybe once a week , it be so swell. gaga. Better still, i miss the herbs he made for me for my blood, but you had to get that at a physician stall.

tonight he doing the prawn fritters for me. ...

when i thought (AGAIN, and i didnt voice out this time), i lost the tini snoopies, the weekend, we went back to Yishun to complete the house empty when we realised that my ex-room cupboard right at the top was filled with boxes.
We brought them down,
it was all ALL my stuff.

yet again, and ONE large box of my tini snoopies including the whole collection i had from Macdonalds.

when i didnt see this box didnt my packing days then, i thought the best to shutup since it was no where to be found. (maybe it was misplaced, i thought)

So we brought back the large box of tini SNOOPIES, TONS of it with nowhere to display yet.

ThiRak took a few tini ones to display at the shelves the moment he reached home, but there were more tons in the boxes. he was more enthusiastic in getting them out than me, chuckle, chuckle.

Box of tissue from AK

When I am down on the bed, I am the laziest person in the universal.
I would just rot on the bed till the sleep attack me.
So when I was looking for tissue papers and my lazy body refused to budge, the darling AK got up and search a box of tissue to place beside my side of the bed.

I would think darling AK was super sweet because I was so damn lazy, where the hell he got so much energy to get up….

1. When feel the urge to use the bathroom, do you hold it or go right away?

i would usually wait a while longer, not till the bladder is full and uncontrollable. And also it depends on situations and the conditions of the environment!
At home, I would straight walk right into the bathroom.

Coffeeshop, hold a little while longer.

In the office, depends, when work is buzzing, I would hold until the last minute. When the Zzz monster attacks, no urine also make a walk to the toilet, dropping by some colleagues desk to disturb them….

2. When was the last time you held hands with someone?

Now now.
In the middle of the night, when me and the AK is sleeping, most of the times, the hands would clasp together. Usually, as well, when we are laid back watching the television. so, it was only a few days ago.

My Valentine

Something to remember
My Valentine dinner

Was to go to Botak at AMK since I haven’t tried the heard-so-much must try western food that has been ringing at my ear for so long.
So the plan was to have our good dinner there.
And I tell you, the AK and I were quite lucky. We arrived there almost 7pm, and the crowd was just about to come in. We were right at the beginning so the wait wasn’t that long.
Lamp chops and chicken chops… sauces were extremely good, something different from the western food I had but the serving was huge, it wasn’t long before me and the AK were breathless. Full until cannot eat, we gobbled down all the edibles on the plate, almost because it was simple delicious.. I loved it

FOllowed by the AH Long Movie at Cathay AMK which the AK had bought earlier for a change,... Ahem.. and its because also i didn't bring my wallet out, so couldn't book the movie through the internet.
Movie was cute and hilarious,.. but the role not suitable for Fann Wong leh. OR her acting has went downhill ?

I think its she is not suitable la!



after which, conveniently, the Ak had to help his mother doing some praying errandss...
it was a nice evening.. simple and good!

Amazing, so its always the sign..and I sigh at the thought of living..

We woke up super early this morning

The AK got me to work before 8am and no tiny bit of jam at all, the traffic was SI-Bay smooth …..

The whole family went to work so early, because yesterday all had an early night, but the man woke up like 4am… never got his supper drinks so probably couldn’t catch much SLEEP is it!

Gotten carrot cake for breakfast, eaten in the office somehow the taste isn’t quite right and not quite as good compared to when someone feeds you normally….

I felt Warmth from my Loved ones

It has been a 19 of June yesterday and the rest I had today brought peace for my soul being,.
19 of June, I remembered is one I had tears in the office, lots of it. Such a funny roller coaster of emotions yesterdat and I wasn’t sure how should I feel because of the mixture of feelings I had then,.

That brought my heart heavier and heavier towards the ground had surfaced,
somehow went up into large fury fire and then flames, and I know it was such a relief and the heart felt lighter though.
the minus part of course was the other side of the story, somehow hard to weight in between, which was hard to let go.

I guess I should look forward, finally after a rest today, having find some peace for myself and cooling the flames down, I have to just put my foot to the next step and I believe the Lord will continue to be beside me, guiding my next step in life.., as He always had!

And with Him around and my loved ones, the understanding of my parents, I feel so much happier and better and the sense of warmth just filled me inside out when I know the AK is just so comforting.
