Do u know the largest countries in the world...

When one of the fellow in 156 argued with thi-rak AK that malaysia was the top 10 largest country in THE WORLD in area, we were amazed and argumentive over it, that it wasn’t even in the range of top 10 in asia. Argued with AK as he might, i supposed AK left him to believe in his theory and stop arguing. Also he was an old man, so let him win. Nothing to lose.

Can be quite irritating at times when you have such sitter during drinking and especially when arguing OVER A FACT that is a FACT that evidently is a FACT!

So we digged the truth of the top 10 world’s and asia in AREA for our curiousity sake.

Winner Kris

Adam Lambert (L) and Kris Allen.

Land of Smiles

Land of smiles is indeed no more smiles now.

News coverage of Thailand in every possible hour on every station..

Thaksin said its the golden time to rise up now

When the yellow started the first riots and stormed the Airport,

no action on them?

When the yellow wanted re-election n re-election n re-election

and strip the posts of PM, they started riots can... no action on them?

the news said Mr abhisit came into power

after the yellow broke the law occupying the airport

and parliment house......good say

Mr Abhisit says the red are public enemy, so the yellow is not when they riot?

If both are, then its fair and square.

I'm sure people is smart enough to know..

now the red doing back the same isn't it?

............ when can we go back Thailand?

Hope the smiles return to Thailand soon....

I read so much news about the either FIRE or FLOOD in australia these days,

love story

Extract:
CANBERRA (Reuters) - A love story between two badly burned koalas rescued from Australia's deadliest bushfires has provided some heart-warming relief after days of devastation and the loss of over 180 lives.

Obama’s

So did anyone caught Obama’s inauguration last midnight or a little way off.

I did at least before his appearance, the cars driving on the road all the time
,
the body guards , polices every corner of every road, the crowd and his journey on the road, drive and drive and drive and drive

until I fell asleep.

I gave up on wanting to stay alive for his speech.
So I read the news.
The only thing that caught me eye was

Michelle Obama’s dressing.

(before I read the wordings, I was thinking, how come she dresses like that??)

How many of you thought it was gloriously beautiful and stunning? arh...
Wu’s design?
I beg to differ.. Maybe I expect the First lady to be more professionally dressed.

'Uncontacted tribes' sighted in Amazon

Be very amazed, though we know that uncontactable tribes in the deep jungle exist, its cute to get this close!

From the CNN:-

Taken from a small airplane, the photos show men outside thatched

communal huts, necks craned upward, pointing bows toward the air

in a remote corner of the Amazonian rainforest.

The men appear strong and healthy, and they apparently live

with families in six communal shelters known as malocas,

the Brazilian government said.

Sichuan Charity Fund raising

last evening the 3 hour Sichuan Charity Fund raising for the Kid's School was indeed touching, certain stories that made Singapore dripped with tears.

One amazing fact was the mother carrying the baby using her own body to protect her baby... amazingly, the baby survived ......

It was the third day after the quake already.

The rescue workers were still looking for survivors.
They knew with each minute passing by, the chance to
find someone alive gets slimmer.

"Come here, come here! There is a body! " Shouted a
rescue worker. His fellow workers rushed to the
spot. Under a big chunk of roof was a woman. She was
lying with a strange pose - she kneeled on the
ground with her upper body stretch forward. Her head
was on the ground as well. As if she was praying for
her survival.

The nurse in the rescue team struggled to reach her
through the debris. It was difficult. There was no
space. The woman was not responsive to any call.
However, just to make sure, the nurse still tried to
test her breath, to see if she was still breathing.

Not really. She was breathless, and her body was
cold. She was dead. Praying or not, it did not help.
The team moved on. There were other people buried.
They could not afford to spend time in retrieving a
dead body.

When the team reached the next collapsed building,
the captain suddenly ran back to the woman, as if he
realized something. When he reached the spot, he lay
down, put his head next to the roof, and stretched
his arm to touch the space under her abdomen. Once,
twice. His forehead was locked, just like he was
solving a mystery.

"There is a baby! And he is alive!!!" He cried out
to his team members.

It was a newly-born. He was neatly wrapped in a red
blanket decorated by yellow flowers. Miraculously,
he did not even have a scratch in his body. When he
was taken out from the rubble, he was sleeping,
peacefully sleeping.

The nurse took the baby from the rescue worker and
started doing routine exams. When she unwrapped the
blanket, she found a cell phone tucked between the
baby and his diaper. It had a text message written
on the screen, read

" My dear baby, if you can survive, please remember
mom loves you."

Sichuan EQ

The AK watched live on the China news,
146 hours, the Chinese man was found under the slabs heavy concrete weighted down and when the rescuers found him, he was delighted and keep thanking the rescuers, in mandarin.

“”謝謝 你們 救我“”

They had him on drip while they were trying to remove the concrete. And he requested for coke from the reporters.

He mentioned he had to survived telling himself that his pregnant wife was waiting somewhere for him.

We could see his head and he kept trying to stay awake by talking to the people that were removing the concrete on him.

For 7 hours they took to remove the concrete that was laying on him away and finally they pulled through. He was rescued!
Rescuers carried him to the + and in the middle of the journey on the strecher, the Chinese man passed on and left the world.
