I loved Fish Fingers

Fish fingers are nice, when you cook them right.

When I was youngy, my mummy used to oven toast them for me, the brand a captain hook “BIRDS EYE” I think. I loved it every time she oven toast it.

But it was quite costly I think, then over a period of time, I didn’t had it.

Until recently, mummy bought another brand, and this was as good as the “BIRD"S EYE!”

And in our new home, mummy stocked up as much boxes because a box had only 10 strips

and I can munch as much as 5 strips a night, by myself let alone THIRAK AK!

So

The other night I first hand oven toast it myself, which I presume was easy, and churn the timer to 15MINS!

Bake bake bake, then I churn another 5 mins to make it more CHRISPY I thought to myself.

Bake bake bake.

Then I got to eat.

HARD LIKE anything, the cod fish inside was good but it wasn’t that crispy feeling at the exterior. it was kinda overcooked.

Funni I thought.

The next night, THIRAK AK oven toast it for me, and we ate.

Gee ....it was much nicer, definitely, so he explained that he toast it for a total 10 mins, when i ask him the difference.

10 MINS? Hahah I was laughing inside . the other night I had it for 20 mins ....

So going forward, he is going to OVEN TOAST the fingers for me, because just last night , when I oven toast another 6 fingers, I set the timing to 10 mins,

But I forget to on the SWITCH!

at the 5min after i turn on the timer

AK: " how come oven no light"
Me: DUNO
AK:" you got on the switch or not"
Me: Oh ya hor.
