The dryness of my face and eyes

I’m breaking out in rashes again, just the face getting cracks and dryness.

Oh well, ever since I stepped into this office, I been getting the relapse quite often it looks.
Is it the aircon?

Probably its blowng so badly on me, my eyes are literally dry and dry and dry till I feel pain in my eyes.
So I got the technical to move the blower away from me, ANY DIRECTION just AWAY!
