The attititudes of HOUSING AGENTS

Today was more house viewing in the later afternoon.
Perfection. The more houses we viewed, the higher the value and the more tempted we got.
Caused the location became more perfect and convenient to us.
And we loved it.

Just a few more days to pend. Just had to be very the patience.

So among the so ....... many houses in the North that we have viewed

( i think its more than 20 houses, and i think darling AK and I seen all sorts of shapes diamond, square, long and some, really weird shapes of houses…)

Some agents we had were awesome-ly

RUDE,
IRRITATING

Finally, we stuck to a perfect Agent, that God send, and been viewing tons of houses for the last few weekies with him.

This perfect Agent sold my parents previous house in Khatib and why I send perfect God send, he met my parents after 5 years of out-touch, at AMK hub a few days when we started our house searching. And he has been house-searching intensely with us.

So we stuck with him since then.

Of course, at times, the newspapers advertisement, we seen other agents.

Some were quite irritating agents that we had encountered....

A house that we viewed weeks or maybe 1.5 month ago...

It was on the 3rd level.

Perfect shape, the balcony was ideal for the darling AK garden and drinking place,

Just that,

It was on the 3rd level, and
The balcony was facing

THE HOME FOR THE AGED SICKLY.

That really puts us away and the Irritating Agent 1 was trying to persuade us to like this 3rd level house at the lift lobby after the viewing ...


AK:”everything is fine la, except the balcony view…........”

Irritating Agent 1:” NO la, its ok,. WHEN we come home, where got look out of the balcony one......…””

AK: “ I have”

Irritating Agent 1: “ No La, its ok…nobody look out one la... “

AK:” I stay or you stay ?????? ”

Irritating Agent 1 went silent…

Or we encountered some dumb agents that made some stupid comments.

one of it is
Our ideal bedroom should be able to contain our large bed, and all my million clothes and baggies and whatever. (that's why we are looking...isnt it)

So back in our mind, a certain size of the bedroom is required.

AK:” the master bedroom is quite small ah….”

Irritating Agent 2:” SMALL? No la.... ”

AK:” ya quite small”
Me: “ ya small””

Irritating Agent 2:” OH its because got the big bed and the large cupboard and the furnitures inside NOW that why looked small..... Take the furnitures away, the room will look BIG””

AK:” means we have no furniture to shift in????”

Dumb.

So we stucked to our perfect God send agent for these few weeks.

Most of the houses blocks we viewed have white TV screen plastered on level staircase.
This the darling AK always try to look beyond the paint, rectangle white painted on the staircase wall, lift lobby walls, some, just beside the house walls, to see the unit number....

the message always about the same...
