10 Reasons why IM think IM getting fat


1. Too much consumption of beer/alcohol
2. Consuming a little too much meat
3. Not enough of sleep
4. Metabolism taking “its” own sweet time
5. Lack of exercise
6. Life’s getting a little too monotonous
7. Age catching up
8. Sitting extended hours on the chair
9. Food is always aroundl
10. Lack of control. No discipline

Based on yr reasons, only the age thgy is somethg out of yr control, hahha!!! the rest still somehow still can be controlled, but dun wori....The most, burn more calories at dance floor la.
