So this year has 2 Chinese 7th MOnth but Only the 1st 7th Month is the Ghost festival.
Called and verified this with (H) because of curiously sake, and was wondering if the Gates of Hell Open for the 2nd 7th Month as well. SO the Ghosts Still are only entitled 1 Month of Holiday only.
This chinese 2 7th months happened once in every 4 years........

Every 4 years... means whenever there is a WC.. there will be 2 7th month...
