Frustrating just trying to access the net.

We had so must food last evening at Vivo, that I was so full and tired after eating. The food Must have been very, very rich! I fell asleep immediately the moment my eyes could get me. Vivo is still extremely packed with holiday scholars and adults that we can’t even get a queue for the show, also, the internet so down and depressed that we can’t access to get a booking ticket. So it was dumb early night sleep last evening

Too clean also is a mental illness

What could be worst than to have a mental illness, sickness? The thought of cleanliness has obsessed some so greatly that each time, the hand touches anything that the naked eye sees as “dirty”, will immediately be under the running water, soap it and washes it several times before the person decided that “it’ is cleaned again. Any contact with other human or the public caused the person to jump and start washing the area of the body again.

Too cleaned, too hygienic, sometimes it ain’t very good as well. Well, as we have discuss, today, could sometimes jolly well be the start of a mental sickness, if not corrected, would lead to a prolonged damaged in the state of the physiological mind.

Boxing Day Rain Storm

The heavy rainfall this morning caused us so very damp and wet again on the way to work. AND again, heard on news radio that this heavy storm gona last for like a whole day again, of and on, heavy storm. And this is the day, 2 years again, the tsunami attacked Asia!

Additionally, to the “gestures-christmas-present”, the dip I gotten in the office before lunch was NUMBER 7, which was a Takashimaya S$50 voucher.

Everyone excited about 2 night’s dinner, and me having that Zzzzzz and headache dreamy syntom, I couldn’t get to work. Might be the Christmas mood syntom as well.
So much that my table piled up so much, I think, I just cleaned it up after Christmas. Today’s not the best day to be hardworking!

The end of my Braces

So sad me can’t do the braces for my teeth. Its’ gona cost lots more than it should, because it's a lot more complicated than it should have been.

Because me teeth is super un-repairable! Sob sob!!!.......

Alternatively, I could wear another type of traditional braces for the momentarily first. Now me is set thinking. ….

Ban Mee at Banquet Shenton

The Food at Banquet is really not too bad, but only the one at Shenton Way.
But me mind is so stuck on one stall there, and its always Ban Mee over there, nothing else. And so, the only item I have over at Banquet is Ban Mee…

Gee I’m still so worn out since yesterday. This morning gotten a freak attack when I work up at 8.30am. I guess the logic is the earlier you sleep, the longer you sleep. That’s is, at least, mine logic.

The never ending Wet Morning

The loud thunder in the middle of the night cause a tremble in the house, I woke up wondering if the Earthquake of Sumatra has attack again. So frightening especially in the dark night during the sleep.

Rain rain rain, such heavy storm just when I have to leave for work now. Don’t think me gona make it to office dry and happy!

For the other hand, me is thinking that I am totally unaware of my incapabilities …… Sigh..

Its raining all the time

It rained so much today, I thought Singapore was gona be flooded. The storm didn't give the clear blue sky a break. It was the worst of the year today I thought.
Still it wasn't good enough to form a snow pour. try harder.
I was so careful outside , my sandals were as slippery as hell, from DEsmond to Makan, and didn't manage a trip, till I reached home, placed my stuff in the room and headed for the kitchen for a warm water, and I slipped in the kitchen of the house......Laugh lor, mr ak

The parents and I are going round in circles. Going over and over the ultimate decision in getting another flat. Idea seems feasible yet the parents was afraid the heavy burden it will be hanging upon my shoulder for the next 30 years!

How i want Singapore to Snow..

RAINING the whole day yesterday, me and Daddy got drenched after viewing a house and sat shivering in the McDonalds for a hot Milo and Tea. It rained non-stop the whole day, I wished that it was colder and will reach the freezer limit to form ice and starts to snow altogether. Of course that never happens.

And its Christmas in 6 days time. Somehow I feel so wonderfully loved and cosy this Christmas…..

I can't stand sweet smelling body lotion

Darn, forgotten how sensitive my body to those,those fruity sweet smelling, perfume body lotion, we went for a body shop spree yesterday during lunch. I got the products this morning and start applying and within a 5 mins, starting vomiting.
So me got to start giving away the lotion now.

I guess the body couldn’t accustom to the fruity too sweety smell. Makes me nausea until now…

1 Tan Mee at Hong Lim...for lunch

Another of my favourite Wan Tan mee. At Hong Lim, 1st level. But the aunties movements are typically slow though...

Today I was extremely hungry and wanted S$3, emphasize and emphasize to the aunty (the meaty, orange one) but she refused to let me have the big bowl S$3. She said its too much for me. S$2.50 is just right.
And she just about right…..

Security/Bouncers treat us like DOGS @ DragonFly, ST JAMES POWER STATION,

DragonFly, ST JAMES POWER STATION, Security/Bouncers treat us like DOGS!

And not just us only but to those people trying to get into Dragon Fly especially at peak hours. The security seriously think that are someone so very Great to be able to be the give the legal entry to the humans outside trying desperately to get in?

“Geok Kim”, friend of mine, went into Dragon Fly and was persuaded into buying the bottle at S$225 to be a member.

5 of them thought it was a good deal, 5 of them became members that night. The second time they went to Dragon Fly was at a Friday night where 8 of her Malaysia friends came out from Malaysia that night to want to try the NEW, “FUN”, Dragon Fly.

Since Geok Kim was already inside when her 8 Malaysia friends arrived, she had to go to the main entrance to receive them right? Since 5 of her Singaporean friends have member, she brought all the 5 cards out including her own card. She DEFINATELTY has to go out of the Main Entrance right?

And Guess what the Security ask her to re-queue rudely.

So WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THE CHOP LABEL ON OUR HANDS????

No purpose!

My poor friend queue for 1 hour at the Re-entry queue before she got her and her friends in and the CHINESE BIG SIZE SECURITY, always standing inside, doing NO SHIT BUT SLIDE MEMBER’S CARD AT THE COMPUTER, insisted that she cannot hold 5 cards.

Ok that was her fault, alright so she called all the 4 other girls that are inside to come out and bring the other friends in.

? Before the 4 other girls came out, The BIG FAT CHINESE SECURITY TOOK ALL THE 5 CARDS AND CONSIFICATED IN HIS SMELLY POCKET! GLADILY, BULLY! AND SHOUTED AT THEM TO COLLECT THE CARDS FROM THE OFFICE MORNING THE NEXT DAY!
Her friends of course was getting upset and he SHOUTED AT ALL OF THEM!


“”IF YOU DUN WANT TO GO IN, “GET LOST”””…. dragonfly security shouted at “its” customers! instead of talking and explaining his actions?

They had 2 bottles inside that night and didn’t start any glass yet. STEVEN THE MANAGER SEEMS to be so afraid of the security it seems, no balls maybe, had to apologise to my friend and friends……..???? Complain to management no use, they dun care, they seems to be afraid of the securities???????? And they dun care, high flies now what so why care. afterall, still many many people want to come right??

And so this did not just Happened to her, it happened to several others outside some other nights! Inside a crowded and noisy area, any fellow in the RIGHT mind will walk out of the main ENTRANCE to answer a hand phone call! This poor fellow walked out and talked for a MERE 5 mins, and

The SAME SECURITY/ SECURITIES pushed him to requeue. 1 hour!
ANOTHER group of guys nearly fought with the SECURITIES! Why ? because they fucking SIAO LAN!

And us?
WE WERE queuing the regular queue didn’t realised that we were at the re-entry queue!
WHY? Because the queue has changed!
Never mind, when it came to us, the SECURITY REFUSED TO LET US IN!
SAID THAT WE had TO REQUEUE RUDELY at the Members’ queue!

OH?

Waiter inside bloody rude! You take out your bottle you have to wait 1 hour! Never mind, mixer comes with bottle isn’t it? When our mixer water finishes, I called the waiter to replenish!

Guess what he said? ‘’CAN YOU WAIT?”” I WILL GO ONE BIG ROUND SEE WHAT THE OTHER TABLE NEEDS, THEN YOUR TURN!”””

1 big round is like 1 hour lor. We all experience the ordeal before!

I pulled his name tag and said “BRUCE!” “I will wait but meanwhile tell me, there are 5 bottles here of liquor without water, how am I supposed to drink, BRUCE!”
He came within 5 mins!

A lady slipped in front of me..

The rain was so heavy that it gotten the floors of the streets so damn wet that my slippery sandals couldn’t resist but managed a slip in 7-11. Thank goodness only 1 lady saw me slip and both of us ended up laughing.

Let me explain the morale story behind these pictures....

This crab at Sentosa Asian Food LOvers' Place at the Jetty was plain dark and scary with a handful of eaters. We were the 2nd table to be seated and ordered this seafood platter with ONE 1 crab BBQ! Came out ? this shrikage meat crab with a hardened no meat inside. THis was charged at S$45! Worth it or not? ya la sentosa dun expect fantastic food, expensive yet eat what ? Eat the shell of the CRAB is it?

















Then this beach bar at the Tanjong Beach Sentosa. Run down nevermind, the seats are all fithy, this tea was charged at S$6 per small cup! TOurist attraction area, jack up the price I understand BUT FOR THIS TEA AT S$6 is over cost man!

As I sit here

As I was sitting right here, looking at the photos, I never thought I miss, missed someone so dear. Someone that I know that will always be there, but never thought he will actually disappeared off to somewhere so far away from us, me. I suddenly realize, realized, that he is indeed away from all of us. Bassie!
The one that kept me in 151 all the time, the one that called me to 151 for lots of beer, the one that kept me till 5am that night!

The one that always pet-ted. my head saying-ing.
The one that drank with me all the while at River View in the early hours,
the one that listened and had listened to all my nonsense,

An atheist professor of philosophy speaks to his class on the problem science has with God, the Almighty.

Prof: So you believe in God?

Prof: Is God good?
Student: Sure.
Prof: Is God all-powerful?
Student: Yes.
Prof: My brother died of cancer even though he prayed to God to heal him.Most of us would attempt to help others who are ill. But God didn't. How is this God good then? Hmm?

(Student is silent.)

Prof: You can't answer, can you? Let's start again, young fellow. Is God good?
Student: Yes.
Prof: Is Satan good?
Student: No
Prof: Where does Satan come from?
Student: From...God...
Prof: That's right. Tell me son, is there evil in this world?
Student: Yes.
Prof: Evil is everywhere, isn't it? And God did make everything. Correct?
Student: Yes.
Prof: So who created evil?
(Student does not answer.)
Prof: Is there sickness? Immorality? Hatred? Ugliness? All these terrible things exist in the world, don't they?Student: Yes, sir.

Student: Sir, you can have lots of heat, even more heat, superheat, mega heat, white heat, a little heat or no heat.But we don't have any thing called cold. We can hit 458 degrees below zero which is no heat, but we can'tgo any further after that. There is no such thing as cold. Cold is only a word we use to describe the absenceof heat. We cannot measure cold. Heat is energy. Cold is not the opposite of heat, sir, just the absence ofit.

Student: What about darkness, Professor? Is there such a thing as darkness?

Prof: Yes. What is night if there isn't darkness?

Student: You're wrong again, sir. Darkness is the absence of something. You can have low light, normal light, brightlight, flashing light.... But if you have no light constantly, you have nothing and it is called darkness, isn'tit? In reality, darkness isn't. If it were you would be able to make darkness darker, wouldn't you?
Prof: So what is the point you are making, young man?
Student: Sir, my point is your philosophical premise is flawed.

Prof: Flawed? Can you explain how?

Student: Sir, you are working on the premise of duality. You argue there is life andthen there is death, a good God and a bad God. You are viewing the concept of God as something finite, something we can measure. Sir, science can't even explain a thought. It uses electricity and magnetism, but has never seen, much less fully understood either one. To view death as the opposite of life is to be ignorant of the fact that death cannot exist as a substantive thing. Death is not the opposite of life: just the absence of it. Now tell me, Professor. Do you teach your students that they evolved from a monkey?

Prof: If you are referring to the natural evolutionary process, yes, of course, I do.

Student: Have you ever observed evolution with your own eyes, sir?

(The Professor shakes his head with a smile, beginning to realize where the argument is going.)
Student: Since no one has ever observed the process of evolution at work and cannot even prove that this processis an on-going endeavor, are you not teaching your opinion, sir? Are you not a scientist but a preacher?(

(The class is in uproar.)

Student: Is there anyone in the class who has ever seen the Professor's brain?

(The class breaks out into laughter.)

Student: Is there anyone here who has ever heard the Professor's brain, felt it, touched or smelled it?..... No oneappears to have done so. So, according to the established rules of empirical, stable, demonstrableprotocol, science says that you have no brain, sir. With all due respect, sir, how do we then trust your lectures, sir?

(The room is silent. The professor stares at the student.)

Prof: I guess you'll have to take them on faith, son.

Student: That is it, sir.. The link between man & god is FAITH. That is all that keeps things moving & alive.Guess who that young man was ?

Who has been or/is always there beside us in our dry moments, bad times, in times of despair, in bad times, downcast and miserable? Who stood beside us even when we have had our bad temper and awful attitude at times and still believed in us? And walked together with love and support through the dark valleys of ours?

Colouring Session

I realised that Im the craze “bookie” in my office. You will see people coming to my work station for “colouring session!” without fail on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Colouring Session means getting the betting “slip” and colouring on the numbers. And of course I will collect the bet slips and money and be the main “buyer” at 7-11 just across the street….
